The hotel's location is central and convenient, with two subway stations within a short walk and 24/7 convenience stores nearby. the rooms are clean and equipped with what's necessary for a business traveller. the staff speak English and are friendly and helpful.
The hotel's ventilation system can be very loud, especially during bad weather.

Great location with nearby convenience stores, subway stations, and currency exchange ATMs available 24/7. The room was clean and had all the necessary amenities for a business traveler like me. English-speaking staff provided excellent service.

The view from the hotel was great, especially during Christmas. The location was also very convenient as there were two subway stations within walking distance. There were also 24/7 convenience stores nearby and a currency exchange ATM in the next building.
The drying machines in the coin laundry were not very effective, so we had to hang our clothes in the room to dry. The humidity level in the room was also very low, despite the humidifiers provided.

The room and facility were quite clean, perfect for a business trip. the view from the hotel was enjoyable and the location was convenient, being close to two subway stations and 24/7 convenience stores. It was also great that the hotel had a currency exchange ATM available 24/7.
The humidity of the room was uncomfortably low, despite a humidifier being provided. the ventilation system was quite loud, and the sheets and towels had an unpleasant smell.

Our stay at Smile Hotel in Osaka was great! The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The location was convenient, with subway stations and a 24/7 convenience store nearby. The view from the hotel was also nice. a good experience and I would recommend this hotel.
